Zongamin

Zongamin is the musical project of Japanese-born, London-based musician Susumu Mukai. Known for his genre-blending approach that mixes funk, electro, and post-punk, Zongamin's music has a unique and experimental edge. His self-titled debut album, Zongamin (2003), received critical acclaim for its eclectic sound and innovative use of rhythm and instrumentation.

With tracks like "Bongo Song," Zongamin showcases his ability to merge danceable grooves with an avant-garde sensibility. Though relatively elusive and releasing music sporadically, Zongamin remains a cult figure in the electronic and experimental music scenes, respected for his innovative compositions and boundary-pushing creativity.
