Roscoe
Roscoe is a West Coast rapper and the younger brother of Philadelphia legend Kurupt. Coming up in the early 2000s, he made a name for himself with his sharp lyricism and affiliation with Tha Dogg Pound. His album Young Roscoe Philaphornia featured the hit “Head to Toe,” which gained regional success.
Though he never reached mainstream superstardom, Roscoe remained an important figure in West Coast hip-hop, collaborating with major artists and keeping the legacy of his family strong in the industry. His contributions, though underrated, played a part in maintaining the West Coast’s presence in hip-hop.
