One Republic
OneRepublic is an American pop rock band formed in Colorado in 2002, led by vocalist and songwriter Ryan Tedder. Known for their emotive lyrics, powerful anthems, and melodic hooks, the band gained global recognition with their breakout hit "Apologize" in 2007. Over the years, OneRepublic has built a reputation for crafting radio-friendly pop hits with a blend of rock, pop, and electronic elements, with other well-known songs including "Counting Stars," "Secrets," and "Good Life." Their music often touches on themes of personal reflection, love, and overcoming adversity.
In Top Gun: Maverick, OneRepublic contributed the energetic and catchy song "I Ain't Worried," which brought a modern, youthful vibe to the film's soundtrack. Their involvement in the soundtrack allowed for a blend of contemporary pop music alongside classic rock and orchestral elements, helping to modernize the film while keeping the high-energy, feel-good spirit intact. As one of the most consistent bands in the pop landscape, OneRepublic continues to dominate the charts and contribute to major film projects.
