Fastball
Fastball is an alternative rock band from Austin, Texas, best known for their 1998 hit "The Way." Blending rock, pop, and new wave influences, the band first gained attention with their sophomore album, All the Pain Money Can Buy, which went platinum and solidified their place in the late-90s alt-rock scene.
Though they never quite recaptured the massive success of "The Way," Fastball has continued to release well-crafted, melodic rock albums, such as Little White Lies (2009) and Step Into Light (2017).
