Elan Atlas

Elan Atias is an American reggae singer and songwriter best known for his work with the legendary Wailers, Bob Marley's former band. Born in Los Angeles, Elan’s musical journey began at an early age, influenced by a blend of reggae, rock, and soul. His breakthrough came in 1997 when he was invited to tour with The Wailers as their lead vocalist, an opportunity that placed him on stages around the world. His ability to channel the spirit of classic reggae while infusing his own contemporary style helped him carve out a distinct place in the genre. In addition to performing with The Wailers, Elan collaborated with high-profile artists, including Gwen Stefani, on a cover of "Slave to Love" for the 50 First Dates soundtrack.

As a solo artist, Elan released his debut album Together as One in 2006, produced by Tony Kanal of No Doubt. The album blended reggae with pop and R&B influences, reaching number seven on the Billboard Top Reggae Albums chart. Known for his smooth vocals and reflective lyrics, Elan’s music often addresses themes of love, unity, and social justice. Beyond his recorded work, Elan uses his platform to raise awareness about social issues, such as homelessness and mental health. His 2021 single "You Are Not Alone" highlights these challenges, reflecting his deep commitment to activism through music. Elan Atias continues to inspire audiences worldwide, keeping the reggae tradition alive while pushing it in new, innovative directions.
