Caroline’s Spine
Caroline’s Spine is an alternative rock band from Arizona, led by singer-songwriter Jimmy Newquist. They gained recognition in the mid-90s with their emotionally charged lyrics and powerful melodies. Their album Monsoon (1997) featured hits like "Sullivan," a song inspired by the tragic story of the five Sullivan brothers from World War II.
The band continued releasing albums into the 2000s, blending alternative and hard rock influences. While never reaching mainstream superstardom, they cultivated a dedicated following. Their heartfelt songwriting and energetic live performances keep them a respected name in alternative rock.
