The Who

The Who is a legendary British rock band formed in London in 1964, consisting of Roger Daltrey (vocals), Pete Townshend (guitar, vocals, and primary songwriter), John Entwistle (bass), and Keith Moon (drums). Known for their powerful stage presence, innovative music, and contributions to the development of rock, the band has produced numerous iconic songs and albums.

Their hits include "My Generation," "Baba O'Riley," "Won't Get Fooled Again," and the rock opera Tommy. The Who's music is characterized by its dynamic guitar riffs, complex arrangements, and Townshend's introspective lyrics.

They are credited with pioneering the use of synthesizers in rock music and popularizing the concept of the rock opera. Despite the deaths of Moon in 1978 and Entwistle in 2002, The Who has continued to perform and record, solidifying their legacy as one of the most influential and enduring rock bands in history.
