Pulp

Pulp is an English rock band formed in Sheffield in 1978, led by frontman Jarvis Cocker. The band rose to prominence in the 1990s with the release of their critically acclaimed album "Different Class," which included the hit singles "Common People" and "Disco 2000." Pulp's music, characterized by witty and socially observant lyrics, combined with catchy melodies, made them a central part of the Britpop movement. Their style blends elements of rock, pop, and dance, and Cocker's charismatic stage presence added to their appeal.

Pulp continued to release successful albums throughout the 1990s, including "His 'n' Hers" and "This Is Hardcore." The band's influence extended beyond their music, impacting British culture and fashion. Despite disbanding in 2002, Pulp has reunited for various tours and special performances, maintaining a loyal fan base and a lasting legacy in the music industry.
